My first observation was that the brunch area... read more On May 14th 2023, my wife and I, plus a few family members, enjoyed a delicious Brunch Buffet at this restaurant. My first observation was that the brunch area is located on a second floor, and no elevator is available. If you are elderly or have mobility problems, that could be a consideration. I was very pleased by the Mexican specialties available, all prepared in a traditional way, all very tasty and spicy. I particularly enjoyed my sopes , cueritos in mole verde and the chicken in green sauce. Everybody was happy with the fresh fruit, the juice selection, the sweet bread, and the hot chocolate. I was somewhat disappointed that I could not get a stuffed pepper, but my delicious menudo was a great substitute. The service was very good. Three or four waitresses took care of our special requests, and managed to clear the plates and cutlery as needed. My wife and I paid the entire bill for the group, and it was expensive, but we feel it was worth every cent spent. As the breakfast room filled, the noise level went up, up to the point that it was difficult to have a conversation. Then, a Marimba ' group started to play, and the noise became almost intolerable. I hope someone do something about this. I really doubt that anyone paid any attention to the music, which was almost impossible to hear. I will have no qualms recommending Enrique Restaurant to anyone heading to Mexico City and looking for some excellent traditional food.

The food is as mexican as it can be and it is very good. It is also a show with mariachi and dancers. However when I visited the website of the restaurant and looked at the menu, it did not have any prices! Some people may be willing to risk it, I was not.

Please make reservation for saturday this will assure you a great spot to enjoy the shows. We attended to the show at 15hrs. Great music and great food. Not... read more We went back to this, once upon a time, best brunch in the south of Mexico City just to find out that the only thing left from that reputation is the name. Not only the salon is absolutely inaccessible for handicapped people the dishes are not even near what they were. More than one hour before the time limit they ran out of their popular “menudo” and the answer was “se acabo”. Service became really slow also and nobody seemed to care. We wanted more grapefruit juice and the answer was the same “se acabó”. Look for other alternatives to have a great brunch in the south except for this one.
