First time at Sakonnet River Grille and I have to say I liked it. I've driven by pretty much daily for the past 6 years and wanted to try something new. Food was good 8/10, Service was on point 9/10, Atmosphere 8/10. I had a cup of clam chowder... a bit more pepper than I'm used to but it was fantastic!!! My friend ordered scallop app. 18.00 for 4 scallops My baked stuffed fish was dry and tasted old. We had eaten there before and it was good that's why I ordered the fish. I told the waitress that it was disappointing. She didn't seem to care. Something has changed there. We won't be back. View all feedback.
The food was delicious. My friend and I split a meal and the portion was so big, neither of us could finish half.
Great good, great service. Genuine folks. Lobster roll was incredible.
Yum. I had one of the best meals ever. The Sakonnet Scampi with Scallops was phenomenal. So tasty and pretty. I wish I’d taken pictures. My cocktail was made perfectly. And the waitress, Livvy was adorable. I would definitely go back.
