I had a good experience at this restaurant. I dined in once and found the waiter to be a little rude, but I have gotten takeout from there a few other times and the food has been really good.
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We particularly loved the burger and the French onion soup.
I am a bit taken aback by the low ratings for this restaurant. In my experience, I would give it a solid 3 stars, bordering on 3 and a half if possible.
