Ordered customized cake for retirement function with name of the company on it. Inspite of telling them end number of times that the spelling of the company should be correct. Still they misspelled it. Correct spelling was already given on the bill as well as confirmed on call still they send us wrong one. Whole function was ruined due to this. When called and informed them regarding this they replied it's not our mistake. And this is the second time we are facing this. Earlier also they made a mistake on our anniversary cake. But we ignored that time. As this is happening again i am writting this review. If cake world cannot provide customized cakes please end ur services. Don't ruin others functions due to your negligence. I would suggest others pls dont give customise orders as they take it very lightly. Even they dont know how to give a box. how can someone carry a big cake without handle?

I tried cake from this cake shop many times but nowadays I happened 3 times that I buy half kg cake and it was so unfresh and even Whipped cream was so unfresh and cake was not even smooth and couldn't even able to cut it properly cause it was breaking in between due to unfresh base used and whipped cream , very disappointed . I bought cake for my birthday on 8th March 2023 n was really unhappy with that cake u need to improve quality and keep the fresh cakes

Service and behaviour of the staff seemed rude to overall customers, they only say delivery is there, but there is no sufficient staff to deliver. 1kg of cake is only packed in a box and no way to hold it properly. How will someone carry it home if there is no support to hold and no delivery staff

I ordered a customised cake for brothers birthday. It was a chocolate cake, but the entire garnish was full of food color, the color was such a bad quality that it didn’t wash off my hands even after washing my hands twice with soap. Would not consider buying from cake world again. Bad service
