What Mark S doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
At least this McDonald 's is consistent with others.... very poor customer service. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal... was told you need to park ... RUDE...guess I had a complicated order... after 20 mins of waiting... still no food. Went inside to see what was taking so long.... All of our buns were stale, we were told no frappe and no ice-cream because machines were broken. When we questioned this the server became rude and started ignoring us. Cold French fries and meat was super dark and dry.
Incompetent management/poor service/poor food quality
Says open 24 hrs but that's no true. I got here 520 am and guy said not till 530. Now I'm late to work .
I would give “0”. I have been waiting for about more then 20 mins and no one even ask . Who ever comes to the window they served them first. This is like ridiculous. I am still waiting for my order. I hope I get it by today.
Jason is the best ever!!! He served me so quickly and the fries were scrumptious
