After my disappointing experience at the Little Caesar's near Hopkins in Titusville, I reached out to the general manager, Jennifer. She was very understanding about the issue with my undercooked pizza. They made me a new pizza at no charge, and it was wonderfully cooked and delicious. Thank you, Jennifer! What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
The customer service at this restaurant is quite poor. They never answer the phone, and even when I called, it seemed like they had the volume turned down. The staff seems to act without any concern, and the manager is rarely around when needed. View all feedback.
They somehow gave me the wrong pizza, even the name of the pizza was on the box. then they became angry when I came back and asked for a new one because they were then closed in 10 minutes. I also called her repeatedly because I knew she was closed soon, but nobody answered.
Ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni, got home and realized it was 3 pepperoni and one cheese.
I came in quite late one night a week or two ago and forgot to leave a stellar review. The gentleman in charge let me know they couldn't take my debit card at that time and instead of sending me away empty handed, gave me a free pizza! And exactly the pizza I was looking for!
My pizza was almost black that's how burnt it was! Crazy bread had no taste.. have to do better won't be back
I love it I love getting my pizza from there they hired my daughter heaven and a little girl Amira which is like my other daughter they are amazing it's like they brighten the place up a little bit when you go in there they're just I get a kick out of them I know their news so they're still trying to get the hang of it they ain't been there that long maybe a couple of days ago take it easy on them but I love Little Caesars they always have your pizza I'm ready or if not the longest you may need to wait is 10 minutes but other than that it's a good place
