Krystal - Titusville

The service was fast and pleasant the burgers were typical Krystals that we were satisfied with our experience.

I did not expect much going in. My husband had a bad experience in her before. The one person I could see working was on her phone and did not feel the need to get off her phone to greet me. I waited more than five minutes. Once I was asked what I needed and my order taken. It was another 10 before my food was ready. The restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible.

They are shorted staffed. So obviously but the staff that was there was cranking their work!

Walked in and stood at the front for about 5 mins and didn’t see any employees and didn’t hear anything going on. Finally, a guy with a headset walked towards the front, looked over at me, and didn’t say anything. He kinda did something over by the drive thru, then glanced at me again as he walked back towards the rear of the store. Noone ever said a word to me. Bizarre experience

As mentioned in another review…best to ignore your craving for Krystal’s if you haven’t use this store. Satat the drive-through for well over 15 minutes and that’s after I started actually keeping track of the time… Which was probably five minutes after I had pulled up to the window. It was 6:45 PM on Sunday July 21; there were no cars in the parking lot outside of the employees; there were no customers inside the store; and all I ordered was four Crystal hamburgers. I drove off in disgust without my food and went elsewhere.
