Melony and Rachel were both so polite and happy to serve me. They were so pleasant and grateful for my business, and boy did it show through the food and service we received! Had a few questions, had to take a few minutes to decide, but it was no problem or pressure. Hard to be happy withBagel 13 when they are out of cold brew , chicken and wraps all the time! Waited 1.5 hours to be told we are out of the items listed. Owners/employees need to update the site for out of stock. View all feedback.
With my experience today. tries to order by grubhub at their garden street location. I have a call saying that 3 of the 4 items I ordered were not available. the call came from grubhub and they started the refund process. I then tried to order from the location hopkins. I had delivered my food, got my 3 drinks without problems and my closed bag said it had my tuna sandwich. opened the bag and found an egg bag instead. I'm not an egg fan. I can't even eat something like that. I spent almost $60 between two locations today. Now I have a coffee and espresso, but no eating. admitted yes, my money is refunded for the canceled order and the wrong food, but the thing that prompted me to write a review is the fact that I can't even call the place to get my food for a third time because your phone goes directly to a voicemail that has not been set up. I am not sure how to support their mobile customers if we cannot even contact them. I understand that mistakes happen, but all this seems a little crazy.
Excellent service. great selection. at the end of the day, just before closing. some bagels are not as fresh as I am. the morning when they were made first.
They were there and we did not have a good experience with the bagel we left there we found out that they have been tail tasting at home I hope he can clean up there at.
I love their chicken strawberry salad but when I ordered mine today it was very skimped, very small portion of chicken, small amount of lettuce. Every time I go they have big portions with a lot of flavors, usually I only eat half of salad. I never write reviews but I really feel like I needed to. It was that sad. It looked like a side salad in a big container. Hopefully they fix this because it wasn’t worth the price and usually it is.Side note, the lady taking the orders in the front was very kind
Bagel 13 on South Hopkins Ave, never disappoints, I always get the meat lovers omelet in the morning, food is always on point and staff is extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants breakfast, lunch or just a great snack
