I always make sure to stir my coffee thoroughly to ensure that the sugar is fully mixed in with the coffee and cream, as I enjoy my coffee sweet. Saturday night July 2, 2022 4 mins to 10 and would not take our order. They said they close at 10…website says open 24 hours…this is the last time we’ll stop there. We’ll take our business elsewhere. View all feedback.
I always make sure to stir my coffee thoroughly to ensure that the sugar is fully mixed in with the coffee and cream, as I enjoy my coffee sweet. Unfortunately, about 60% of the time, my coffee order is completely wrong. I understand that things can be rushed, especially during busy times. But if 60% of the time my order is incorrect and only 40% is right, then the issue seems to be a lack of care for the order. I've tried not to complain for months, but today my coffee was downright terrible. It tasted like a dark roast, and the "cream" was just regular milk. This is disappointing, and I hope things improve.
This is truly the best Tim Hortons I've ever visited! The staff genuinely cares about providing fresh, delicious food. I'm consistently impressed by the service here!
I had the best service I've ever experienced at a Tim Hortons. They truly made my day, and to top it off, they even toasted my bagel just the way I love it—extra crispy!
