Lillis Family - Tirur

Its a nice set up near the city hospital. Cleanliness, reach and conveyance are good still there are a lot to improve in terms of traeting the customers, parking space etc.

I visited here with family on 9th May '22 and was not all satisfied with the facility and the service. They were giving broken plates for the guests!!! I don 't even suggest to anyone. I myself have conveyed my displeasure at the counter. It was not even cleaned and the switchboards and AC was full of spider webs and the floor was not even washed for days it seems. They were cleaning in front of the guests at 1430hrs and you should have seen rhe amount of waste they gathered. It was a total disaster as I just came out of the train and was on my journey towards Perinthalmanna with family.

Restaurants have more outlets in tirur.. before years their all food were very very good.. all time we get consistent food.. nowadays not like that .. if today we get good broast/fried chicken tomorrow we didn’t get that same quality.. it’s just example… but service , customer care, sitting, neat end clean… quality food also.. I tried almost all the foods in lilies restaurant.. their kondattam alfahm so good.. shawaya also good but not good always

Tasty food , butter chicken is good, nice ambience, reasonable price for food

Shawarma is very bad.. Because chicken is very less.. Fully cose and onion... Another time not coming in tirur branch
