What J doesn't like about Era Vila:
Staying at the Marriott and the staff recommended this restaurant so we decided to get take out after a long day. We ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads, veal, and mushroom soup. The salads were DRENCHED in dressing and so soggy already after a one minute walk to our room. I didn’t think we would have to ask for dressing to be put on the side when ordering take out. I went to this restaurant to eat specific dishes i found on the internet. And when I arrived, i ate, and I liked the food but not the desert. i hoped to find trileces, but it was removed from the menu. The restaurant was busy when i visited.
Wow get the meatballs!!! So delicious!! Great service. Food arrived fast. Recommend this restaurant for your visit in Tirana for some traditional food.
Finally I found and tried the national dish here! Tave Kosi. It’s a lamb cooked in yogurt. Quite nourishing and I regretted ordering more dolma. I really liked their french fries. The restaurant itself is cozy, the staff is polite and the service is fast. of the minuses they brought us warm wine in the summer, although we asked for cold.
