The staff were super friendly and helpful, an... read more Our hotel reservation was moved here due to an overbooking at our first location, and we do not regret the change. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the view was outright amazing. The room was tight, and the pillows were a bit flat, but other than that 5/5 on everything. The floating sauna is a great way to relax upon arrival, and enjoy the view of Gaustatoppen and the surrounding mountains. We ate at the restaurant and did the coursed meal that night, and I think it was overpriced for the quality/quantity, and the service was quite slow. We had to leave the table to track down a server at one point to get our bill, as we waited about 20 minutes for him to come back. Even so, it was great food, a great view, and a quiet and beautiful location to wind down for the night. The deck off the reception area has one of the most spectacular views; definitely would have spent more time there had we been at this location longer. Would highly recommend this spot.

I def... read more This place is simply amazing! We have had a lovely stay. Everything we requested before we arrived was met and the staff is just so kind and accomodating. I definetly recommend booking rooms with a view. The 3course dinner we had was just right. The quality of the food was high and service was fast. The vibe of the hotel is like a cozy, intimate cabin, but at a larger, fancier scale. We really loved it there! Thank you to all the staff... you do a wonderful job!

The room was very big with a good Mou... read more I’ll give it a 5 stars rate considering it was a good value resort. We only stayed one night in 2 rooms for 4 people each. The room was very big with a good Mountain View. Bed was cozy and the bathroom was big. We paid for breakfast buffet and it was amazing with a lot of options. Overall is amazing. Would love to come back in winter for snowboarding.
