This was a really nice experience. A friend and I were celebrating birthdays. We went for Friday lunch and ordered from the lunch specials. Our server was great and gave good recommendations. The food was really good and I will definitely plan to go back.

The food was incredibly rich and full of flavor, and the dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. The service was excellent, and I have a feeling that all the dishes are homemade. We did have to wait a bit for our food, but it was all served hot when it arrived. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food justifies it.
I had the pleasure of trying some fantastic fresh ravioli filled with pumpkin and accompanied by an amaretto sauce, along with an incredible roasted duck and cheese-stuffed portobello mushroom. It was truly a wonderful dining experience!
The price was slightly higher than we had anticipated, and the walk from the Metra was a bit longer than expected. However, we were in the mood for an adventure, and we certainly found one. The atmosphere was charming and homey, although the third and fourth renditions of "La Donna e Mobile" playing on the speakers were a bit excessive. She ordered the pumpkin ravioli and absolutely loved it, while I opted for the sausage rigatoni. We strolled back to our car feeling pleasantly full.
