Very unpleasant experience. my card was charged twice and no one informed me. After I mentioned joe something, the manager said he rudely: “the 16-year-old girl didn’t know better” I expected a more sincere response than he was the manager. if I wait for a Togo order and you guys have my card longer than normal, I'll be worried. if she asks someone to help me with my card that is still in her hand, I will take care of it. she has sued my card twice and not informed me. regardless of whether it was immediately refunded, they should inform their customers about the fee. bad management makes excuses for their employees mistakes instead of taking responsibility. unprofessional business. will not be back. I come home and the chicken breast in my pasta is pink. ? called to inform, even offered to send image so that they see how subcooked my huh was, mgr joe assured me it is not offered to remake it, but I am not driving 30-45mins back there after a long day of work, he has no access to computer to refund my payment, but was said carly will call me tomorrow, she is.

On the way to the rodwart concert on Saturday evening with applause. had not heard of this restaurant, but so glad we have a chance on it! beautiful atmosphere, server were all very friendly, and our meals were delicious! I have been a server for over 40 years and the jumbo garnels were great and our roast zucchini appetizer was amazing.

First time in over a year here and very disappointed. The hostess who was Mia most of the time we were there Thursday, finally sat us at a dirty table after 5 mins of standing around waiting with no one to greet us. The unfriendly waitress took at least 10 mins to come by. It wasn’t even 6pm and they weren’t crowded. Our grilled calamari was so chewy and over cooked unlike the previous 15-20 times we’ve been here. Waitress never stopped by to even ask how it was. Their white sangria was definitely not sangria. Our dinner was ok not great like it always was) but the servings seemed to be half the size that they used to be. The tiramisu was good but again same price and almost half the size of before. After coming here for years we were very disappointed. I’m sure we’ll give it another shot one day but not any time soon.

Can't recommend this restaurant enough!! I want to give a shout out to Joey Sean for yesterday's service. They were professional, communicated well, and everyone enjoyed their prompt service. The food was super fantastic, bartender Joe was great. It is a clean facility and very welcoming. Thank you so very much!

3.5 stars because this situation is hit or missed. I've never had anything terrible and big. the service is either fantastic or I feel like I would disturb my server. there are many great Italian places in the opposite, so I'm not sure I'm back to this place.
