What Arnt Møller doesn't like about Burger King:
5 cars in front of me to the window. 25 minutes after ordering. The soda came from a 2 liter of coke, and on top of that it was flat. Are most fast food places trash. It sure seems so. View all feedback.
$12 dirty bowl and there were only 1/2 pommes, cold pommes, burger has to sit for a da, also cold. never go into these burger king, starve or go to mcdonalds or wendy’s, both 100% better. I would have given 0 stars if I could
I waited a while on the drive thru before anyone asked what I wanted to order then the guy that took my order looks like he was having a bad day I was asking him a couple questions and he was giving me attitude and beside that I asked my sandwiches to be made fresh and they were warm and dry I also asked for cheese sticks and they gave me some type of cheese balls that were cold from the inside. The worst experience and the worst customer service..
Sat in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes just now at the speaker nobody would take my order there were no other cars in the drive-through or guests in the lobby. I pulled up to the drive-through window and there are three teenagers mingling amongst each other. If the burger king was an actual king I’m pretty sure he would’ve fed these kids to some lions ? I have seen the movie gladiator I know how the real world works.
This place was super short staffed when I went today with only one person working for a while a black guy with white glasses wearing a blue and white hoodie he must’ve been the manager and I’ll say he definitely earned the manager role if so for handling customers all on his own. Exceptional service from that man. Shame on them for being short staffed though.
Their is a new night shift manager Marcus and he really went above and beyond with my huge order. I was ok to leave with a little error but he said he would fix it with no problem on this busy Saturday. His Customer service is above and beyond. Thank you!
