I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. On Wednesday, I placed an order through their app to take advantage of the promotion offering a free doughnut with the purchase of a drink. I ordered two drinks but did not receive the doughnut. I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it was not addressed.

Quick service but no greetings, smile or thank you. Ordered cold brew but have doubts that it is cold coffee , not the cold brew since it has bitter taste. Giving the benefit of doubt to an average score.
