Horizont - Timmendorfer Strand

I was in this restaurant several times and it's just perfect. eating, service, wine and atmosphere is excellent, can not be better.

We will definitely go back there, not only because of the excellent sushi, but also other dirty dishes.

Super tasty eating and very pleasant, unobtrusive, friendly, humorous. we felt very comfortable and like to come back.

We spent a week at the beach hotel Fontana, the restaurant is an integral part of the hotel. That was our second stay at the hotel. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning, it is open for non-residents. All fresh and cooked to order. And being about 100 meters from the sea makes the meal even more interesting. The dinner menu contains many interesting elements. Sebastian Hamester, boss and owner, offers an Asian turn including sushi (the Beijing duck roll) and tempura. The chicken is wonderfully prepared in a completely different way. Steaks are wonderful. Staff, though quite young, are pleasant and efficient.

If you like sushi or food with a hint of the asiatisch then you’ll love this. Super location on the beach you can eat outside if the weather allows.Wonderful ambiance pleasant staff and excellent imaginative food.A good wine list too. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service.I would go out of my way to visit again . Pity it’s not open all week so check and book before you go but do go!
