What User doesn't like about The Note Pub:
We spent the New Year's Eve here, because we also spent it the last year when we were pleased. But this year wasn't very good: were too much old people, that simply stayed on the table and talked too loud as you couldn't even here the music well. The waitresses were too lazy, you should go to the bar so you could order something, because they didn't came too often at the tables. The band was OK, but the DJ didn't kno... View all feedback.
We crashed there at lunch time while we were passing through Timisoara. At that time, place was almost empty but we were surprised by the good lunch menu which had a good price! Nice staff and good music also.
Located downtown, is the exception that proves the rule that in center town you can't eat good! The 4 points are because the parking place is difficult to find. I highly recommend this restaurant for great food and nice atmosphere!
I tried a couple options here, including the burgers and found them decent. . Not the best but certainly better than many alternatives in timisoara. The beer was decent selection... But the mixed drinks were so bad that I could not get drunk even trying......The staff has yet to discover mixers...rum and coke was rum, lots of ice, and coke to give color... Not bad with good rum...in this case, vomit inducing. Long Island ice tea should never be insulted the way the note multilated it.
I went today with my brother to check out this place for lunch but we were surprised to see it Closed. The sign on the door says the place is Closed until 15.09 so thats a few months from now. I wonder if it be...reopened again, there is no reason for Closure specified in the note. Anyway, we were dissapointed as I see this place has a nice rank and we got some nice recommandation from friends, too bad is Closed. I will return in September to see if it reopens or stays Closed for good.
