I was there a month ago and it was hard to get my message through. employees often change and not everyone knows what vegan means to make sure they understand what they want. they can use the Romanian word de post and make sure that it has no honey. de post means religious fasting, but it can contain honey, so make sure that they understand. most of their sorbets are vegan, but not all. make sure they understand.
