Homemade Restaurant & More - Timişoara

I've been a customer of this restaurant since the beginning. I used to spend time for family, business and friends meeting there and recommend it to others. that day I had a meeting to dinner with one of my customers and. after a few days I could not find my sketches and notizen agenda (in the did quite personal thing). I called the restaurant and bianca, the lady who answered the phone, she was very rude and showed me terrible attitude towards my problem, which denies me the matter. when I said that I will leave a bad review of her posture, she replied that a bad review is not important - yes I can recognize the province wise to make some of her own business, not to care for everyone as they have a lot with good reviews, but I think that is the best way to shave herself and her own work. I think a restaurant is not just about eating, but it is about keeping, mutual respect and trust. I am so disappointed about this experience!

Amazing interior, art work, tables and chairs. Chic and elegant, cool and charming. Food was very delicious, menu looked attractive and interesting. My vegetable curry was very tasty. Unfortunately, all of this was spoilt by the waiter who looked like he wanted to be anywhere...else but where he was at the moment. Ignoring guests, I’m not sure if he doesn’t speak English or isn’t familiar with the menu, which is real shame. We wanted to take dessert as well but the waiter was too concentrated on checking his phone than tending to his guests. The restaurant itself was very difficult to find because there wasn’t sign, or table outside. I’d still recommend the place because out of things were amazing so hopefully this will help the owner to educate and set the young boy in the right way.

We went here on a Friday night for dinner, friends. The vibe was just off since we made the reservation by phone, the person did not seem welcoming or friendly at all, more like, he felt bothered in a way. I rate this for the good food and the nice decor inside. When we arrived we could not find anyone around and we almost ended up in the kitchen , at last when we did find a person to tell them we have a reservation we were kinda told from the kitchen doorway go sit at the table in the middle. Jeez thanks for the friendly welcoming. Drinks were horible, in the sense that we had cocktails, wine and beer. You could ask, what can be wrong with wine? I will tell you, the amount in my glass was instead of (I worked in a five stars hotel and know how to pour exactly glasses of wine from an entire bottle) not to brag but this was beyond ridiculous. About the daiquiri, that was not a daiquiri, it was some kind of shot mix, in a tiny glass. I mean they have a few cocktails on their menu, at least the person who makes them can learn how to make them properly. Don't get me started on the service. The staff is clearly not happy or bothered working there. When nonone came to ask about the second round of drinks (I mean we were sitting there with empty glasses) we approached one staff to ask for more drinks, they seemed really annoyed. Overall a basic experience, chose some other place, maybe you will feel more welcomed and taken care of. I mean the pandemic hit Horeca hard, they should be after each customer who walks through that door and choses to spend their money there, you never know what tomorrow can bring.

The food and the place are great. If you are looking for a good place to eat but also a nice looking that is the place. The staff is friendly and helpful!

The food tasted good and the staff was ok. The location is a bit far from the old town and there is no street sign, so it would be complicated for foreign people to find it.
