This isn't the most uncommon thing in Romania, but this was worse than I experienced elsewhere -- they had a big menu, but had nothing available from it. Really frustrating.
My wife always go there. Must be good...right in the city centre, in "unirii/piata unirii" square. Near the public transport and public bike system.
