### Dining Experience at Local Pub: A Mixed Bag
Nestled in a bustling neighborhood, this pub offers a straightforward menu that caters to traditional tastes rather than gourmet aspirations. Breakfast staples like bacon and eggs shine, while lunch options leave something to be desired. Diners appreciate the friendly staff, although some have encountered issues with deceptive pricing and long wait times. Despite inconsistencies in service and food preparation, highlights include fantastic wings and well-crafted seafood dishes. Patrons express hope for improvements, as the venue possesses potential for a memorable dining experience amidst its rocky reputation. Overall, it remains a casual spot for friends and family gatherings.

I returned home for a visit from abroad. It's been quite some time since I've been here. Although before it wasn't well managed is has not gotten better and I'd say it's gotten worse. Upon entering it was seat yourself which is fine. While it was not busy at all we waited an unreasonable amount of time for a waiter to appear just to ask us what we wanted to drink. There were no menus given to us to see what there was to drink. After the drink was served we had to ask for a menu to look at the food option. Menus should have been brought to us as soon as we sat down. No it was not busy and we watched the staff hang around chatting with eachother while we waited for service. I ordered the 8oc steak. It was not good at all. It was not cooked to my request and did not have any seasoning on it at all. No nothing. I won't forget about the 11 fries that were served on the side. And canned corn... It wasnt enough to feed anyone with an appetite. I don't think a few more fries would have costs much. With table salt and hp sauce to mask the overcooked chewy cut of meat I was very disappointed in not only the food quality and portion but the service. I am not one to speak up and complain on the spot so I ate the food unsatisfied and still hungry. With no business experience I could manage this restaurant better with one hand and one eye. It has always been poorly managed even when I was younger. I hope one day that will change as there is potential for this place to be half decent.

The food is not bad but they just charge you extra without letting you know. We ordered two items for brunch and we asked to have the sweet potatoes fries instead of the homefries. We were not told anything about the extra cost. At the end when we got the bill we found out we got charged for $20 for the sweet potatoes fries only. They adjusted the price a bit but still we paid for it without being told. This is not about the money. Hope other customers would not need to deal with this
