Love the food! Pizza or steak subs are the best thing on the menu by far! all their food is great dont get me wrong but those are just my favorites. Staff is super sweet and will hold conversation with you which is a nice thing View all feedback.
I had two take-out visits and one dine-in experience, and each time I requested well-done pizza, but my request was overlooked. It's disappointing because the food is actually quite good.
The salads and pasta dishes are especially excellent, and that's coming from someone who isn't a fan of salads. The service is quick and friendly. It's conveniently located just off the 93, 3, and near the Outlet Mall. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
I used to avoid Upper Crust due to poor service, but giving them another chance was worth it. The thin, foldable crust with flavorful sauce and generous toppings made me a fan. The friendly staff and unique experience definitely set this pizzeria apart from chains.
I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes, and no one helped me. The service was incredibly disappointing, so I decided to walk out.
The staff were friendly, but the pepperoni pizza was lacking in toppings, making it not a very good value for the price.
