Worst customer service I've ever experienced. For the second time in the last month I've stood around waiting to be helped for more than 15 minutes because the two chumps that work evenings were outside smoking. When I spoke to them about this they copped an attitude. Neither of these morons should be working in customer service. Go somewhere else for your food. View all feedback.

For the second time in the last month I've stood around waiting to be helped for more than 15 minutes because the two chumps that work evenings were outside smoking. For the second time in the last month I've stood around waiting to be helped for more than 15 minutes because the two chumps that work evenings were outside smoking. Worst (or I guess invisible? customer service. I placed an order in the parking lot prior to shopping at the Walmart there. Received an email while I was inside that the order was accepted. Shortly after, I received a second email that the order was cancelled. I went into the subway to ask why, because I had no missed calls or anything. As I was about to enter, a customer waiting at the counter shrugged, and turned and left. He said he had been waiting over five minutes with no service and no employee behind the counter. I turned to a gentleman finishing a sub at the table nearby, and he had no idea where the employee went. I left and went to Jersey Mike's instead.

Absolutely horrible. Was told I could not order 4 sandwiches as the bread had to last her all day.
