Tim Hortons - Tillsonburg

Coffee place in the coffee, bacon breakfast wrap no speck, no belt speck, much and much salat, no tomato beef sandwich clothing or something smeared on the outside and inside the packaging we come to the window and not get what we ordered! every incident was reported to the management we have an apology. but the same happens over and over again. this is very frustrating! note on this location important!

I have ordered my rest from a little decaf and a donut. This time the order was not very pleasant, as the coffee-abkaffee order was very bitter. my coffee order always includes a request of double cream and a sweeter, but this did not. the Deca coffee tasted better. very disappointed when I visited all the other tim Hortons sites in tillsonburg, where I experienced the same at every place. this is a local change or a change in the decaf mix. the taste of the coffee pot was similar to a coffee pot not regularly very bitterly cleaned

Make them a great work on the drive thru, to remember what someone drives and their daily order now, that is excellent customer service and always so happy to use the sassy customers too!

I still love their coffee, even when I get it from the drive-thru. It's one of my favorite places to go. However, sometimes the car lines at the drive-thru are too long.

I received my order from a very friendly staff member who was respectful and appreciative of the business conducted during the visit. They were a mature individual who provided excellent customer service.
