the prices were somewhat high, but in agreement with what is expected in a brewery. tons of sitting outside and a funny Cornhole game was set up to entertain. eating inside it has pros and cons. it is quite decent to see how the beer is brewed with little to no barrier between them and the factory floor, but unfortunately this also means little to no barrier between them and the loud machines. the beer and eating was... What User doesn't like about Pelican Brewing – Tillamook:
The beer is good, meaning it’s what you would expect from a brewery. However, the food is really lacking. I honestly think they would do better if they just closed the kitchen and became a tap house because the food is staining the Pelican brand. $15.99 for 3 pieces of fish and a handful of fries from the freezer is absurd. I’d come back for the beer as it’s made very well and the staff is nice but I won’t be eating... View all feedback.
Not bad. It's been waiting for an hour for the Tillamook concession. I liked to see the brewing operation right there as you go in. It's a walk up and order. They'll give you a summer when the food is done. The menu gives you pairing options with their beer. We had both fish N chips and it was okay. The pieces were uniform and probably came out of a Trident Seafood bag, but it was still decent. Paces are Brandon World normal, which means inflated. The place is a little loud because of the brewing machine, but not excessive. I can't talk to her beer offers because I drank water, but the woman enjoyed her cedar.
I mean great beer cool merch. Food menu severely lacking. Paid $18 for three half fish filets and small side of tots. They don't make their tarter from scratch. I asked and it's just whatever Sysco gives them. Mayo and pickles. Disgusting. Adding salt and malt vinegar somewhat salvaged it. Also tiny fish pieces. Too small for that price. My sister got the garden salad. Out of 5 dressings two were vinaigrettes so she asked for blue cheese, and the blue cheese was actually a vinaigrette. Stick to the beer or step it up with food. Don't go here if you're looking for a good meal. Go here if you want good beer.
The people here are super great, the beer is yummy. The food is basically average. I had fish tacos, they had a kick and the choder was good.Food: 4/5
The Tsunami Stout is delicious, rich, dark, and flavorful. We are sitting on the patio where they have a walled in save with transparent corrugated panels above to let in light; heat lamps to counter the January chill; and even glass windows between tables for added protection against airborne viruses. No smoking or vaping on the patio, so we can enjoy the lovely hoppy malty aromas.
We love this place! We had visited the Pelican in Tillamook which was also great but the service we got today at the Cannon Beach location from Connor was really above and beyond. This guy could not have been nicer or more genuine. Delish food and yummy beer..highly recommend
