I ordered a build your own sandwich. It was good, not great. The sourdough bread was dry. It appeared maybe it had been frozen and thawed (not sure). Ingredients were fresh and the location was super clean. Sandwich seemed a tad spendy for what I got. Next time, I 'll order one of their grilled speciality sandwiches. When in doubt, order one of the popular menu items. Gals were nice. View all feedback.
This charming little roadside stand offers delicious, freshly made sandwiches. The picnic tables are clean and inviting. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
Great chowder and a very positive staff! Meal type: Lunch Recommended dishes: Clam Chowder
I ordered a build-your-own sandwich, and it was good, but not exceptional. The sourdough bread was a bit dry, and it seemed like it might have been frozen and then thawed, though I can’t be certain. On the positive side, the ingredients were fresh, and the place was very clean. I felt that the sandwich was a bit pricey for what I received. Next time, I think I’ll try one of their grilled specialty sandwiches. When in doubt, it’s better to choose from the popular menu items. The staff were friendly, though.
The clam chowder was amazing and paired perfectly with the turkey sandwich. The service was friendly as well! Overall, I rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
The clam chowder and Turkey sandwich changed my life! Get you some extra garlic toast! Addicted to chowder now lol Food: 5
