Flapjacks Family Restaurant - Tilbury

We had the breakfast special $7.99 on Friday 17th juni 22. eating was plentiful and excellent! a very, very good home cooked breakfast. that was amazing. in contrast to almost any restaurant I have a cup tee with boiling hot water. how tee should be served. our server, a beautiful woman, was so great. very attentive and pleasant for all customers. she was particularly sweet for a regular elderly woman, took her time, led her through the menu options and suggested what she could bring to home for another meal. so sweeter when they get in tilbury. at flapjacks for breakfast specialties!

On the Saturday of the August holiday it was there. it seemed like most restaurants where closed in the city. the place was to float. the midday crowd seemed to be native all age groups, a family place it is simple, but clean. I ordered the meat lovers. it is a bowl filled with ham and sausage and stir mixed, covered with a thick layer of molten mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. it also came with real domestic frits (not frozen) and fried tweebels (optional) and toast. not bad I could not eat it all, and I can pack the food in my bill was about $15 out of the door. I think I had the most expensive product ordered by kumpel steak and eier he was happy with him the service was good and personal friendly. no coffee shortage if I go back to breakfast in tilbury or lunch would not be a problem

First time in this restaurant and the waitress was so bad words can 't describe. The time was mid morning, only one other table and felt like maybe we arrived after hours. We waited, waited, waited and maybe 5-6 minutes later she arrived. No good morning,...nothing. We asked for the breakfast special and reluctantly she rammed off what it was and what was included. When asked if coffee was included, she snaps ... no and never has been . With that I mentioned down the street at another restaurant it was included. The exact words were, ... go eat there . No hesitation here, up we got and left...period. Can 't rate the food or value but must click one to five... this should be changed by TripAdvisor. So call this a review on nastiness.

This is the first time that l have been to this place I really like the location of this one right on the main street with great parking The service was great fast and friendly and the food was very good with lots of coffee...the time lam in town l going to be stopping .

A small town feeling in this great place to eat breakfast or lunch, Shame that it is not open for dinner as Tilbury does not have very many dinner options
