This restaurant is located in the middle of the brown bars and cafes in the center of Tilburg. We had a 4 course menu of choice. Ordered Oysters in advance as an extra. Food quality and service are good. Portioning could be more generous. Cooking takes place in an open kitchen. It could be seen that the owner, who is normally a chef, did not cook.
