our waitress was so friendly and helpful. she did her best to help us with the menu, as we do not speak Spanish. eating was amazing, it quickly came out. we had the Hono roll, the hot and crispy chicken and the ramon shell! they were so good, much taste, and they can say that everything is freshly prepared. we will be back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Factory:
Its a very plain sushi, very plain place. They tried to do a gourmet sushi but they are only small portions of plain sushi. The service isn’t even that good and its very expensive. Im amused because usually the Sushi Factories of Sinaloa are amazing...nothing to do with the one here. View all feedback.

I thought it was quite delicious. We ordered the Rorro Roll and the Spicy Crunchy Chicken. We added a but of the spicy white sauce on the table. We would go again. Good food and service.
It is NOT a bad restaurant, but with so many excellent choices in Japanese food in Tijuana, I would not go back. Service could be improved. The prices are a bit lower than other Japanese restaurants in the area, but also the taste and quality...of the food. If you want good/commercial Sushi, you can try this place.
I enjoyed having a quick latish dinner here on my last visit to Tijuana. While it is not totally authentic sushi, it is enjoyable and reasonable. Would indeed return.
Very good opportunity to eat sushi at a very reasonable price, portioning are simple enough and taste is good.
