The steak is highly recommended and the carrot cake was one of the best I've ever tried. Like drinks, I enjoyed the mango the best.

My friend wasn't a big fan of his tacos, but everyone else enjoyed their food. if you?re considering dessert, don't jump on the banana cake.

I chose Marenca's simply through a Google map search for nearby restaurants, and I really have to say WOW! The staff made every attempt to help me out (and Google translating their menu helped a ton)... I decided on the filet mignon with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. This dish, in whatever sauce it was, was one of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time. Staff was great, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere very pleasing. I doubt my travels will bring me back to Tijuana, but while we're still here, there's a good chance we'll be back!
