I was accidentally staying a week in playas and found this little caffe near advertising vegan eating on the sandwich board. it was breakfast time, so I ordered... read more I was accidentally staying a week in playas and found this little caffe near advertising vegan eating on the sandwich board. it was breakfast time, so I ordered the waffles. not only did it look beautiful, it also tasted amazing. first I asked for no chocolate sauce (the fears of the stuffed hersheys wine), but then my friend wrote me about the “Belgian chocolate sauce” and I was intrigued. I asked about the chocolate sauce on the side and once I tried, I was chopped! every bite this waffel was perfect and I almost licked the plate! have I mentioned the nitro-cold brew coffee? pure perfection in a glass!

It was breakfast time, so I ordered the waffles. Not only did it look beautiful, it tasted amazing too. At first I asked for no chocolate sauce (afraid of the bottled Hershey’s stuff), but then my friend texted me about the “Belgian chocolate sauce” and I was intrigued. I asked for the chocolate sauce on the side and as soon as I tried it, I was hooked! Every bite of that waffle was perfect and I almost licked the plate! Have I mentioned the nitro cold brew coffee yet ? Pure perfection in a glass!
