It’s worth the trip to Tijuana just to eat at Los Arcos. I had the Filete Mazatlan. The fish was cooked perfectly, the octopus was excellent and not rubbery, and the shrimp was very tasty. Service was fast and friendly, and the wait staff was attentive without hovering.
