My... read more Today it was horrible customer service. My husband called to put in our usual order, since we are regular customers. And the Lady who answered was very rude. My husband asked if we can add extra side and before he can finish she cut him off and said no!. Her tone was very rude and she was very unprofessional. He was relating the message to me and she said we are very busy, hang up look and the menu and once you decide call us back. My husband let her know how unprofessional she is and asked to speak with manager. The manager tried to cover for her worker and say well we are pretty busy but what can I help out with. Poor management. You need to own up to your behavior and how your worker treated a customer and make sure that this situation does not occur again. Although they may have been busy each customer should be treated with respect and be taken care of and be willing to answer any questions a customer may have in regards to adding an extra side. This is unacceptable and I hope this matter.can be looked into so this type of experience does.not occur to anyone else.
