This is in a somewhat seedy plaza with a dozen other taprooms. Beer heaven; just wander from one to the next. They don't have food, but you can frying it in from any of the other hole in the wall joints. I found their double IPA to be very reminiscent of Stone; who'd a thunk?Enjoyed their oatmeal stout as well. They featured a study on chocolate stout called xocoveza; they had a 2016, a 2017 and a bourbon barrel aged,...
Great tap room at one of the best microbows in mexiko. if in ipas, la lupulosa is the way to go. they are looking for a limited publication like the colab with stone brewing in xocoveza and currently their 3 cabras. other local breweries. the rooms are in the same plaza, so they go around and try them all, but they will be back to this in any case.
That's in a little stubborn plaza with a dozen other taprooms. ber heaven; only from one to the next. they have no eating, but they can freeze it from another hole in the wall joints. I have her double. ipa, who are very reminded of stone; who had a dunk? also eaten her fox. they showed a study about chocolate stout called xocoveza; they had a 2016, a 2017 and a bourbon barrel in the old, all from 8 to 9% I did not come around to explore this.
A diamant in the rough did. Some of their beers are really good while others fall a little short. the plaza fiesta lies directly next to the plaza del zapato and is a small strip of bars and gastropubs. the art beer scene explodes in baja, but of course still in its kindness. that's what's going on with insurgente. it is in its kindness and its beer seems very strongly inspired by stone. I hope they grow and become their own and not only san diegos little brother who imitates. I could have seen at least one sour beer, but no luck in this department. something Mexican inspired as with hints of cucumber and tajin. Anyway, I'm breaking. I have not experienced an excellent service here. the service was easy to order and sometimes disinterested in the customers. some of their competitors in the same plaza were much more inviting.
