it is out of the beaten away for most Americans, but it is good. clean restaurant with a large selection of food. if they are not in goats, they also have beef. I didn't try this version. View all feedback.

The first time I went to atotonilco, I was surprised how far this place was from many and yet so full of people out of the beaten away. every time I have eaten in the atotonilco, there was a line to get...in, and this is always a good sign of a great meal. the rustic decor and the taxidermy display in front entrance to the charm of this place. in the middle of the restaurant is a fully functional fountain with several large turtles. and now the service as soon as we arrived a brave man led us to park and that was nice because the parking is limited, we were then immediately greeted and asked to sit in the lobby area while our table was read for us. we sat in ten minutes or so and they served the caffe de holla! my favourite! the menu was extensive for the breakfast, and had birria, carnitas as well as a sampler monster called volcano! a stone molcajette filled with strips of bark meat, huhn, chorizo, and strip of nopales, wobble, and cooked in own juices. I had the vulcan a few times, and it's really full. only for them are good, out and atotonilco looking to have breakfast there!
It's off the beaten path for most Americans but it's good. Clean restaurant with a large selection of food. If you are not into goat they have beef birra also. I just haven't tried that version
