The Otay one i visited for a breakfast and the dish was... read more I've visited the Applebee's franchises in Tj and I must say non of them had leave me a good impression . The Otay one i visited for a breakfast and the dish was cold and very poorly presented so my appetite wasn't fully satisfied. The staff was slow ( but friendly) and the prices are kind of high for an average or poor meal.
