Was Jack Mazza at Le Palet a mag?
Best meal in Val Claret Best restaurant and atmosphere in Val Claret, head down! The food was excellent, the staff was superb and welcoming. Moreover, if you are gluten-free, they have many interesting options. We plan to come back here to ski next year and we will certainly return to this charming restaurant. What Baptiste a dislikes about Le Palet:
Flats and prices that are of unheardly lack of respect and that come to tarnish a beautiful location. Too bad, it will surely be bought by a young entrepreneur with real ambitions. To escape. View all feedback.

NEVER COME HERE. Food is revolting the people are unpleasant at best. The kitchen is unsanitary. They somehow ruined the croque Monsieur a dish known for its simplicity. If you have to eat something and are on the point of true starvation the fries are decent. Otherwise everything else is genuinely inedible. IF THERE IS A DOG ON THE COUNTER DO NOT TOUCH IT! Or prepare to be reprimanded by the horrible staff. Arthur Dufournier and 5 other disappointed customers. (Translated by Google) NEVER JAMAIS ICI. Food is revolting, people are at best unpleasant. The kitchen is unhealthy. They somehow ruined the croque, a dish known for its simplicity. If you have to eat something and you are about to starve, the fries are correct. Otherwise, everything else is really immeasurable. I don't know. Or prepare yourself to be reprimanded by horrible staff. Arthur Dufournier and 5 other disappointed customers.

We went as a group of 9 for lunch while on the slopes. Generally it was an okay place for lunch but we found places better suited to our requirements as the holiday progressed. One thing to mention, you do not have to pay for the toilets if you are eating/drinking at the restaurant (they will give you the 20c if you ask). The reason for the three stars is a combination of quality and price relative to the other options on the mountains. As examples of quality, the fries tasted like they had been cooked for too long in old oil (some of our group went on multiple days and they found the fries to be poor on both visits) and the croque Monsieur tasted like it had been reheated rather than cooked fresh. Despite the drop in quality the food was as expensive, if not more so, than other places doing better food. One last negative, the seating was not easy to walk through. I get that you need to maximise seating but perhaps with a bit more thought it wouldn't be so difficult to get to and from tables in the far corners of the inside. On a more positive note, the staff were friendly. (Translated by Google) We went in a group of 9 for lunch on the slopes.
