I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager (whose name unfortunately escapes me). I asked if the onion rings could be delivered to us, as I believed they used DoorDash, but he informed me that wasn't possible. I thought a refund would suffice since we weren't going to drive back just for one order of onion rings. To my surprise, he asked me to hold for a moment and then quickly returned with a fantastic offer: his Shift Supervisor, who was finishing up shortly, would personally deliver the missing onion rings along with a complimentary dessert as an apology! I was blown away by this level of service. As a family in the service industry ourselves, we truly appreciated how they went above and beyond. Many thanks to the manager and the incredibly friendly Shift Supervisor for their exemplary customer service. We will definitely be ordering from there again, and the Family Bundle is definitely worth the price!

I have no complaints at all. I wish I had taken pictures of our "simple burgers" and "bottomless fries," because even though they were straightforward, they were absolutely delicious. It was the best burger I've had in Oregon. I tried the "freckled strawberry" and found it to be incredibly tasty and refreshing. Our waiter was excellent—very polite—and the food arrived at just the right time. The air conditioning was working well, making the atmosphere comfortable. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be coming back in the future. This review is for the location at Washington Square.

I'm not sure if they offer indoor dining, but when we arrived, I was planning to call. However, someone came right to our car, took our order, and brought the food out as soon as it was ready. As always, the food was excellent—Red Robin really knows how to make a burger!

Wow! The team here was amazing. Last time we ordered out (at a different location) we waited 1.5 hours. We ordered on line, called 10 minutes into our 25 min estimated wait to see if we needed to allow more time. Nope! It was ready when the online time estimates. Kathy and her team here were amazing. The gal who answered the phone was super friendly and you could hear the smile in her voice as she confirmed our order and wait time. So refreshing!!
