Staff was nice, place looked clean, but some obvious problems were... read more First time here while visiting from Illinois, had a BLT 9 sub. It was okay, but a little dry. Staff was nice, place looked clean, but some obvious problems were around. Selfservice soda machine was not working, so couldn't get drinks, plus not a very big selection of chips to go with sandwiches. They sell a pretty cool T-shirt, BUT...were out of them and don't know when they will come in. When we arrived we were the only ones there? Seems weird for a Friday when everyone normally wants to pick up food instead of cook. I'd like to come back one more time before I head home and try something else and see if I can have this rating go higher.

Very skimpy on the ingredients, poor taste and they were out of Potato salad so instead of informing me of that and giving me a refund they gave me a bag of Sun Chips! At least inform your Customer when you?re out of something and do not give them something that they did not ask for in place of it! Perhaps you?re called Monkey Subs because you have a bunch of Monkeys working for you! I completely regret my decision to have tried this place! I?ll stick to Subway from now on!

The gentleman making my sandwich went from my sandwich into his pocket to check his cell phone and back to touching my food. As I was about to say something his other hand wiped his nose and back to touching my food ??? needless to say I got my money back and went elsewhere!

Jayden was behind the counter making sandwiches and he was nice Enough to let me use his phone to call the cab company! JJ made my delicious tuna sub and I enjoyed the friendly And laid back atmosphere he created while helping all the customers who came in while making sandwiches! My sub was SO DELICIOUS ! I highly recommend them I'll definitely be back!

And continued to touch and serve food with the same gloves on without washing hands or changing gloves .

When they are open, the staff seems clueless and not trained properly. They've messed up our order countless times. Just did an online order, paid for it, and drove down to the location to find out they are closed. Whoever owns this location, get a clue and learn how to run a business properly!

They only have white bread as an option and it's been that way since the pandemic. The only gripe I have is the price. It is very expensive so I do not eat here often.
