Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant - Tigard

If Mexican food goes. they are not much better than the taco bell right next to their margaritas and they were just ok (strawberry and mango was much better). we had 4 in our party, and no one finished their meal. store bought tacos dishes and chips, the ground beef was terrible in taste and texture. the tacos and drop as if it was just from a steam table warmer like taco bell. not very impressive and the service was quite slow. it wasn't on a day when there were open tables around us. he hoped for more than it is a great location and looking for buildings. but the great stopped at the door. sad will not be a patron again.

Thanks to our friends who presented us to this great small traditional Mexican gem and our server raul (since 2006, who knows his customers with names). we ordered steak fajitas to share with plenty of everything – no jump on the guac and cream – and deliciously fed. fresh and delicious icy also. so reasonable price and great lunch combo selection will let me come back to this new fund. if they love the traditional mex with the colorful flowing table top, exchangeable portions, clean and pleasant, make mazatlan a regular hold and keep them the local buy.

I am very sad to say that when our food was released, it was very obvious that it was microwaved (cheese became naked and rough, the cream cheese was a coarsely solidified chaos in the pfeffer) it was not even really good because the tortillas were soggy, the piggy was super weird tasting, etc. it was delivered fast, but if I wanted to pay out and pay out 15 or the server were great. when it helps, I came on a Saturday afternoon. I doubt I'll be back to dinner.

We have built a sweet 16 party for our daughter. the staff called half an hour before our reservation to tell me that the tables were set and the balloons began. I had no idea that they did this! our server was wonderful. all the time. eating was super hot and served fast. they had enough space on the back for a table set up for 30 people, and told me they could do more if it had to be. I was prepared to add an automatic congratulation for the big party, and did not shock it. the server has 25% for its work?

I'm giving 4 stars for a 3-star experience because I went with a very large (40 group without reservations, and they performed well accommodating us. I ordered a chimichanga dinner. The service was good despite arriving en masse and reasonably fast. The food itself was unexceptional and inoffensive I would describe it as an average Mexican restaurant.
