Penn Station East Coast Subs - Tiffin

When they are busy and a worker doesn’t want to pay attention, they get orders wrong my sub was wrong I ordered extra honey mustard and got No mustard on my sub and I also substituted my white bread for grain and still got white bread.

What more can I say except that the food was very good and the service was good and the ambience was just a nice place for food, service and ambience.

Was there at 12:50, Sep 6, 2023. Food was good as usual, service was exceptional. Same level of service last time I was here a few months ago. Well done.

I saw the advertisement for the Summer Squeeze from the Tiffin Penn Station and decided to come in and try it. I got the Artichoke Sub, a fry, and the new Summer Squeeze!! It was excellent!! I love the fresh bread and the fresh cut fries. The food is always hot and fresh!! The Summer Squeeze was great and really hit the spot. The service is always great at this location!! The staff always greets you as you come in the door and are always so friendly!! This place is doing right!!! Keep up the good work!!

Placed an ordered on Uber eats for a delivery,after an hour called them only to find out that Uber eats don’t deliver,and we had to go there and pick it up. If they don’t do delivery on Uber eats I think they should turn it off on the Uber eats app or at least have the courtesy to call and inform the customer about it.Very unprofessional,and now I might get a reply from a Bot,who I guess is the owner.
