Caligula - Tibau do Sul

We went to caligula (pipa) for silvester. everything was not good, but acceptable until we paid. my friend paid with credit card and after the cashier did not work the card so that she paid twice. the next day she realized that she was accused twice with uss 47,24 each time. we wanted to explain the situation and reclaim the money. they kept us waiting for 1hr30min and said they called the manager and once we got angry because they had no response at all, they threatened us to call the police. great service, terrible eating, not gott. pd: we heard that they treat very badly to the waiters and do not give them the tips they make every night

Where do I start? we sat in the restaurant and we had to wait like 15 minutes until the waiter gave us the menu. I just wanted to get up and take it myself. the pizzas were quite expensive (60 renaissance ca.)...and their aromen were very bad and not exciting at all. we asked for an arugula and cheese-sepizze. the waiter brought us our drinks and after ten minutes he told us that they have no more arugula. So we saw again through the menu and asked a pizza with sink. to our surprise they had not even sink! we paid for the koks and left this “pizza” restaurant.

We're here now and have been waiting for a long time. on our drink, on our eating and the bill. really slow service! and eating is not so good.

We had to wait and waive to be able to order. The pizza was good but the lasagna was a bit cold inside. Place is really big and well decorated.

It is simple and not a bit pretentious, but the pizza is very good. Service is fine too. In São Paulo, similar pizza would cost you twice the price
