Apart from taking twice as long pizza dough was uncooked, phoned to complain, their excuse was they had run out of dough, made some more but did not leave it for 2 hours to rise, because they were busy. No real apology. They have lost a customer. Will not recommend them any more.

We have been loyal customers of Ockendon chef for years, but we will not be ordering from them again.
