What really upset me when I contacted her, they ignored my complaint.

It should be a happy birthday party with my sibling. we came on a Friday night, reservation confirmed and asked for a table in the corner and we were greeted by... read more It should be a happy birthday party with my sibling. we came on a Friday night, reservation confirmed and asked for a table in the corner and we were greeted by a blond waitress who was rude and hostile when we were ours. we had a good Italian meal in advance of our participation in the thunder bay symphony christmas event in this night. we had limited time to have dinner and go for evening entertainment. we placed our order and received the vegetarian antipasti plate, which was served with cold, over steaming, tasteless brokkoli, dosenbäusse and soggy, which should be tabouli. we also ordered a cream bread that was delicious. we had to ask that the music be turned off as it was so loud that we could not hear about the table. the waitress has copied a job again when we asked the question. we waited for an hour for our meal two pasta dishes that never arrived! the waitress never came to our table to check us out and see how we did. I had to ask about what either a manager or someone who had nothing to do, and ask about our meals and let them know again that we had to go to the symphony in a few minutes. no meal in itself. the food was never ordered. the check came and we were calculated for our meal after the worst service and experience I had ever fed in thunder bay. don't waste your time or your money. the table is also too close together. no social disintegration here. go somewhere else. that was 18 December 2021.
