A recent visit to this Thunder Bay restaurant left customers with mixed feelings. One customer was disappointed with the unusual taste of the gravy and undercooked fries, while another had a frustrating experience with missing items from their order and unresponsive staff. Despite some hiccups, others found the service to be quick and friendly, with great-tasting food like the big crunch combo and bucket of chicken. Overall, while there were some issues reported, many customers enjoyed the food and service, making it a decent dining option in the area.

We picked up 6 pieces of chicken for a snack and it was $21 which we found very expensive. Chicken was greasy.
A regular KFC. chicken joint. However one must make a comment in general about KFC. Their portions have become alarmingly smaller, and more expensive. Price of a bucket is getting ridiculous , Some competitors are a better bargain.
We purchased the Variety Pack Mix for $38.99 plus tax. The food quality was consistent with what would be expected at any KFC. The add says this meal will feed 7 people. We had four including 2 seniors and a person who eats like a sparrow and it did not feed us. The fries were too small; the salads too small and the chicken orders barely enough. I called the on the flyer to complain about the portions and was referred to the store. The store told me to fill in the survey..but it asks far too many personal questions. So I went on line to send an email to their head office. At the end of the process you find you are at a screen where you can print coupons, so to add insult to injury, after the fact I found that I could have purchased the same meal for $18 and change. So, buyer beware. Before you go to KFC, go on line and print off their coupons.
The food is great. Had a big crunch combo with fries and gravy. Also ordered a bucket of chicken. Relatively fast when you order your meals. Gravy tastes awesome. Friendly service. Of course you have to wear your mask for the covid restrictions
Nice people.. one time they forgot the pickles in my sandwich... But other than that no problems...
