Anchor and Ore offers a charming ambiance with stunning views, making it an appealing destination for diners. However, numerous patrons experienced disappointments in service and food quality. While some enjoyed the delicious dishes and lively atmosphere enhanced by jazz music, others faced long waits for appetizers and entrees, with several items unavailable. The fried chicken sandwich and pulled pork did not meet expectations, and complaints about undercooked chicken raised concerns. Despite the beautiful setting and friendly staff, many felt the experience did not justify the prices. Overall, there’s potential here, but consistency is needed.

Everything was great except for the coffee. It was lukewarm and much too strong.
Wine prices exorbitant, with little choice. Some food cold.needed reheat. More staff needed. Long wait. Waitress very pleasant and accommodating.

Beautiful location, Host was very welcoming her name was Shaheen....our waitress was Laura she was excellent in her services and product knowledge. Good big food portion against a reasonable menu pricing. In short this location in town is a great combination of quality,quantity, excellent services, beautiful location, big meal portion and very economical price.
