While I have consistently enjoyed the culinary offerings and commendable service at your establishment, I must address a regrettable incident concerning hygiene encountered during my recent visit. Following a satisfying lunch, I sought to conclude my meal with a delightful serving of fruit cake and banana fry. Unfortunately, my experience took an unfavorable turn when Mr. Pradeep, a member of your staff, exhibited poor hygiene practices while handling the cake. Despite utilizing tongs initially, Mr. Pradeep proceeded to touch the cake with his bare hands, compromising its cleanliness. Expressing my concern, I was met with a lack of remorse or apology from Mr. Pradeep, whose demeanor conveyed indifference. Upon escalating the matter to Mr. Tony, your captain, Mr. Pradeep approached me to address the issue. While he eventually acknowledged his oversight, attributing it to the influx of patrons, his initial response lacked accountability. Had Mr. Pradeep extended a sincere apology for his lapse in hygiene, the situation could have been swiftly resolved. Despite this isolated incident, I remain appreciative of the quality of your cuisine and the professionalism exhibited by the majority of your staff.
