Wendy's - THREE RIVERS

Frostys we're good. They were out of bacon this day, and half the menu items have bacon, so that sucked. Normally pretty good food and good service at this one.

I really enjoy dining at the Wendy's in Three Rivers! The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious!

I really enjoyed the strawberry frosty; I think it's a fantastic option for summer. However, I understand that some people prefer vanilla or can only have that flavor, and it's essential to have vanilla for making Root Beer Floats!

I visited this restaurant last week and had a frustrating experience. When I went back to resolve a mistake with my order, they were turning away customers because their system was down. The staff was quite rude when interacting with customers. It's often a long wait here. Today, I sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes, and just as it was my turn to order, they abruptly said they were closing and taking their last orders at 8:34 PM. They didn’t offer any customers a way to wait for service, nor did they have a sign outside indicating they were closing early, which would have prevented people from waiting unnecessarily. The customer service is terrible; they frequently misunderstand orders and keep messing them up. I won't be giving them my business again.

They used to be good, but recently they've been messing up orders and serving poorly assembled food. The buns are hard, and I'm simply disgusted after three mistakes and receiving unappetizing meals.
