I bought the kfc at three rivers it was so nice their machine kiosk it's so easy to use
I recommend going inside to inspect your chicken before finalizing your order. I went through the drive-thru, paid, and moved forward as instructed. When my order was brought out, I checked it before leaving since I don’t live locally. The chicken was a dark brown color and looked overly crunchy, almost burnt or refried. I returned to the drive-thru speaker to inform them that I would be pulling up to the window. When I pointed out the condition of the chicken, I was told there would be no refunds and that I basically had to accept it as it was. I was offered a choice of extra crispy or to keep what I had. I chose the extra crispy, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received, especially considering that customers work hard for their money and expect the quality that used to be associated with the KFC name. So make sure to inspect your food before completing your purchase!
The food 9x10 is amazing. The gentleman that took my order last time way very respectful so much service review does not reflect his service. There is a female employee there (maybe the manager) who is VERY VERY RUDE to her employees and to customers and I think this issue needs to be addressed with HR of this company as this isn't appropriate or professional.
Took 20 minutes for a basic order. No gravy on the mashed potatoes and barely any filling in the pot pie.
The service was terrible when I asked about details on a meal I was told to read the menu at the same time I was being rushed when the place was dead my famous bowl had a black piece of corn in it and when I asked for my biscuits they forgot the server practically threw them at me never going to this location again....
