I bought the kfc at three rivers it was so nice their machine kiosk it's so easy to use
I recommend going inside to inspect your chicken before finalizing your order. I went through the drive-thru, paid, and moved forward as instructed. When my order was brought out, I checked it before leaving since I don’t live locally. The chicken was a dark brown color and looked overly crunchy, almost burnt or refried. I returned to the drive-thru speaker to inform them that I would be pulling up to the window. When I pointed out the condition of the chicken, I was told there would be no refunds and that I basically had to accept it as it was. I was offered a choice of extra crispy or to keep what I had. I chose the extra crispy, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received, especially considering that customers work hard for their money and expect the quality that used to be associated with the KFC name. So make sure to inspect your food before completing your purchase!
Came through heading home from shipshewana. We pulled up and ordered 3 meals. The person taking order was very rude , the person taking money was really rude. The guy giving us our food was so so. 2 of us got sick off food. Never will we be back. Stay clear of this fast food joint

Was at the KFC in 3rivers Michigan with the rudest person waiting the window. I ordered thru the drive thru. only to be snapped at by the girl in the window several times telling me to drive away from the building with out a receipt. without food. then would not return my money. i figured the food would be wrong or worse. I left with the lemonade. as she would not take it back or return my money. the girl without a name. has a gap between her front upper 2 teeth. stated she was the manager. maybe she should of stayed home since she obviously did not WANT to be there today As IT IS memorial day 2023. I won't ever go there again she was rude. very rude. left without ! receipt because she did not give one and without 12 dollars worth of food. BUT BURGER KING DOWN THE ROAD WAS SERVING WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE. SO IT WAS A WHOPPER AND TO THE CEMETERY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 3RIVERS KFC. TIL THEY HAVE BETTER HELP..
